What's up everyone,

I've got some weird dialogue problems since I started a new playthrough.
It's like often, but not always if I want to start a dialogue the character I wanna talk to says the lines he would say before I get the first dialogue options. Instead of getting me to the dialogue options the dialogue just cancels, so I have to start it again. This can happen multiple times in a row, but also in some cases everything works how it should. It's especially annoying if the first lines of the conversation partner are multiple sentences and I have to listen to them like 4 times until the dialogue manages to start properly. Also my character sometimes greets the conversation partner but instead of the dialogue options popping up my character just greets a second time and that's it. Like when I want to give Blake Abernathy the locket my character just goes: "Hello!"... "Hi." and that's it.
I've tried disabling a few mods that might mess with the AI, such as Arbitration or Better Locational Damage and also some mods that change dialogues like Extended Dialogue Interface or Dialogue Camera Sensitivity but without results. Dialogues that start automatically seem to mostly work.
Upon disabling all my mods in order to check one mod after another the game just greeted me with a corrupt save message on load (I could load the saves again after enabling all the mods again).
Maybe one of you guys has a clue what might cause this bug and can help me.
