Diocedrico
I was customizing Bananasplit's Better Cities mod which uses OBSE v0014 and after minimizing the game to look up instructions for in game console customization I made the mistake of closing the game via the Windows Task Manager. So anyway when I tried to restart the game which I normally do via the OBSE loader I was not able to start the game at all. I reinstalled OBSE to try to make the game work but to no avail. I also looked at my saved games and the one in the IC Market district that I was in when I shut down the game what not saved. So I hope that is a good thing. Please help. :wallbash:
HouseAtlantic
you really need OBSE to run Banana Split Better Cities? I've been using it withouti've made very minor customizations to that mod, even if you saved your game after messing around with the mod it should still load. If you made serious changes to the esp you'll have to retrack what you did and explain
Diocedrico
Thanks for the reply. I don't need OBSE for Bananasplit's Better Cities, I need it for other mods; However I looked into my Oblivion folder and I found a txt file which shows me what kind of crash I had. Also I was able to get the game to start again but to do so I had to go into the data files list at game launch and check off Better Cities IC market which is where I was when I initially had problems. Now the game started but there were these huge yellow exclamation point triangles all over the IC Market District. So I thought it was the Barrels I had toggled off but no when I retoggled them into the Market District they were still there and they were NOT replaced by the big barrels. I'm attaching my crashdump file which hopefully someone may be able to decipher.
