NPCs clustering outside Thoronirs

I cant shop! There are about 20-30 NPCs, most of them shopowners, milling around in a tight cluster outside Thoronirs door in the IC Market. This unruly crowd includes most of the IC merchants, as well as lots from other towns (Falanu, Mach-na, smiths from Bruma and Skingrad, etc). There is even a merchant from a mod store (Crazy Loki)!

 

I just spent the better part of two days reinstalling my mods and learning wrye bash, as well as installing a few biggies I've never used before (FCOM, MMM, OOO, SM Etc). I finally got the load order adjusted, all the right file versions downloaded, and everything tweaked, and now my game is pretty much stymied. Anyone seen this before, or have any idea whats causing it? Here's my list, and any help would be divine!

Dunno, sounds like a package issue. Is the shop open? Do they try to go inside? Try clicking one of them in game, and typing "evp" in the console (the one added by the mod as well as some of the others). Do they come up with travel packages, or wander packages?

 

Might also want to open up the crazy loki mod and see if the package being used by the shop owner is a vanilla package (has a 00 at the start of the formID) or is a custom package (starts with 01). If it is a vanilla package, the cause might be a mod which changes the location of that package.

I tried that console command (what does evp stand for anyway?) and it said picked package travel, for all the npcs including crazy loki. I assume you meant open the mod with the construction set, which I'm a complete virgin with. *sigh* I always meant to learn to use it anyway. The store is locked, btw, no idea where Thoronir is. Thanks for the reply

It took forever, but I figured it out. Huirurs village, for some reason, screwed up all the merchants
