Can't cast spells or attack with my left hand...

Though I can raise a shield with my left hand.

 

When trying to cast a spell, eg Transmute, The left hand jiggles and raises a bit then nothing. I've tried changing ini settings, removing certain mods known to cause issues and nothing. It's really annoying.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I tried loading older saves and even starting a new game and still the left hand doesn't work at all!

 

I'm going to try disabling mods now.

So I unloaded all plugins and made a new character and the left hand works just fine, now to go through and active mods one at a time to find the culprit.

Found out it was Dual Blocking for Idiots. Forgot I even had that mod. I must have had it set up wrong or something, but I am getting rid of it. To much pain for one mod to deal with.

Old but gold! Just had the same issue with my dual wield parrying mod.

Never had this issue before.

Only disabled and re-enabled the mod and now it works again, thanks!
