Unexplainable ctd while starting up

Good day all,

 

Problem here: started to play skyrim after quite some time. For reasons I cannot explain, the last save file I made lately gives me a ctd. Sometimes an earlier file as well and sometimes an earlier file starts up the game properly.

Bottom line: it is heavily annoying. Anyone knows what I can do?

 

Have an installation with lots of mods. All installed using MO. Vividian ENB, memory patch and all. Dragonborn and Dawnguard.

What info do you need in order to examine the problem?
