Having said that, the face meshes for the elf races would need to be altered, as well as probably the textures, and probably the hair meshes. It would probably make the elf NPCs really malformed looking, since their faces are designed for the vanilla meshes, so those would need to be tweaked individually as well. It's not a large request on your part, but it's not a small one either. There's noticeable demand for this though, so it could definitely be done at some point.
