can't create a new char

any idea which mod could mess with creating a new char? it starts then I get off the cart for the executions and my char just keeps walking (I get the walking animation during the creation process, I don't really move during the creation process just the up/down/left/right "wobble" as if im walking in place. after I give myself a name I keep walking past all the guards while they go through the regular dialogue. but when the next person gets called I end up walking to the chopping block and end up just standing there. I have a long list of mods that I can upload if needed just wondered if it poped up for anyone else.
