Nude body texture stops working.

So I'm trying to use a mod (naturally bushy nude textures) and the mod works great for a few hours and then the randomly stops working with the npcs having the default barbie doll texture for the genital area. All my other texture mods continue to work this is the only one which randomly stops working. I'm only using one body texture so it can't be a conflict. Does nitpicker's patch affect body texture? That's the only other thing I can think of.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
