SSE Classic skill tree design?

I'm looking for a mod that replaces the cumbersome vanilla perk tree with a classic design found in other games like Path of Exile, Titan Quest and many many others.

I don't like that i have to heavily navigate around in order to view all the trees and perks. I feel like it doesn't give me a good overview and the navigation is unnecessarily complicated (for a skill tree).

 

Is there something like this? If not, how difficult would it be to create that mod?

(Alternatively, could someone point me to a text overview of the vanilla perk tree?)
