White textures on rocks in snowy areas.

Hey everyone,

 

I'm having a strange texture issue on certain rocks populated in snowy areas/mountains. Please refer to the screenshots. I would normally post this in the modding section, however this issue occurs with a clean installation of Skyrim SE with no mods, esm files untouched, no ENB. They are more visible at night but can be seen in day time aswell. I've followed S.E.P.T.I.M.'s guide to mod my game with hopes that some of the better textures might fix the issue, but unfortunatelly this was not the case. Please feel free to recommend a mod that might overwrite said textures to possibly fix the problem. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thank you.
