js303 Posted March 13, 2018 Share Posted March 13, 2018 I'm using Sim Settlements with Rise of the Commonwealth, I made Preston Garvey the city leader of the castle and since then I don't think he has given me any minutemen settlement quests, I currently have no settlement quests to do at the moment either... usually after you finish one you are told to talk to Preston to get another one.
