TenseKinkajou6
I don't know exactly how hard making mods is, because I have no experience in it, so I don't know if this would be difficult to do, but I'd like to see if this thought could become a reality. If anyone has played Fortnite (I'm almost positive almost everyone has, or at least heard of it), then he or she would know that building is one of the essential elements in the game. It's possible to block attacks and get to high ground easily due to being able to farm materials and build your way to safety. What I'm proposing here is a similar concept to that. I'm not thinking about getting a pickaxe and breaking down materials to be able to build, but what I'm suggesting is more along the lines of being able to use smelting materials instead. An example of how that could be used in Skyrim would be if someone has ingots, say five or ten iron ingots, that character can use them to build a wall, floor, or a ramp. This could be used in a number of different ways, such as a quick cover against a dragon or a bandit camp, or it could be used to get up a mountain by a lazy person such as myself. The only downside would be the weight of the items used in building the ramps, but that's a price to pay to make ramps. These walls would behave just like in Fortnite, wherein it takes time to get the wall to full health, and it takes damage and eventually breaks. The different types of ingots can be used to decide what health the walls start at and finish at, and the time it takes to get to full health. I don't know if it can be done, or how difficult it would be to make it if it can be done, but it was just a thought that I had.
