CTD when entering the area south of ivarstead.

EDIT: for now it seems verifying my filez through steam remedied the issue.

As the topic says, I have a reproducable crash to desktop everytime I try to enter the area. No clue what causes it and I haven't encountered this in other areas of the game.

Any help would be appreciated, whether it be pointing out which mods I should disable, where to find a relevant event log, what cell data I should edit or what tools/patches I need.

I do play with SKSE64 and skyUI, however I tested a new save without those two and the game still crashed.

Some of my stuff might be outdated versions, so if you suspect that is the issue do inform me which.

Not listed in the load order is ENB, though I would doubt it was that.

EDIT: With all plugins disabled through NMM the game still crashes, only thing still active was ENB.

Okay, having your MOD LIST being downloaded to computers is not going to happen.

Please do not take this wrong; but we have no idea what kind of anti-virus protection you have if any? See? I know a good number of years back, a close friend assured me his computer was ' good ' .... and well, he was indeed passing viruses around without know it.

 

Use the [ spoiler ] ... command and copy/paste in your post.

 

The first thing I would suggest? Check to see if you have any mods that change Iverstead and/or characters there. That is usually the issue with very selective cells.

Are you sure you sorted your load order with LOOT? Because Character Creation Overhaul.esp is loaded AFTER the CCO patches. Also Realistic Water Two should be placed near the bottom.

 

Even with all esp-files disabled there are still loose files in the meshes and texture folder - maybe there are faulty or corrupt files. So try renaming this 2 folders and try again.
