Vrakyas
The mod has a bsa-archive. Did you unpack and repack it using the archive tool from the CK64? As a first step you could unpack the bsa-archive into your data folder as loose files and try if it works now. The mod has a lot swf-files. Maybe the swf-files have to be resaved in a newer version too. You can use this tool: https://www.free-decompiler.com/flash/

Omegacron
Sorry for the extremely late reply, How do you unpack and repack a .bsaTry this tool - it has instructions on how to use it and is pretty simple. If you've ever used WinZIP or WinRAR to extract a zip file, you can figure this one out pretty easily. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/
JWGamimg75
Also, just in case you don't already know... Once you extract the files within the BSA (ie. scripts, meshes and/or texture files if there are any) you will need another program like SSE NIF OPTIMIZER to convert all the OldRim mesh NIFs (if there any) to work on SSE -- VERY easy to do BTW. Create a new folder on desktop -- rename it PERKS-UI-SSEPORT -- and copy these files (that were extracted from the BSA): interface folder & scripts folder...and then include fomod folder + PerksUI.ESP -- into that new folder. You will then need to repack those files into an archive -- select all the files, right-click to archive them together -- DONT archive the PERKS-UI-SSEPORT folder, just the files inside of it -- into a single ZIP file (personally, I use 7Zip to create my archives). You then need to open your mod manager (ie. NMM or MO2) and install this new archive, and make sure it's active in load order -- maybe use LOOT (a must have program) to update load order too. Once mod is installed, open CK64, select the ESP from the list of plugins (make it active) and the corresponding master files (ie. Skyrim.esm + Update.esm). Hit done. Once the plugin is loaded in CK, type something in the search bar to load an item -- duplicate any item, add any letter or number to the ID of the duplicated item -- if the name of the plugin on the top left hand corner has an asterisk by it that means a change was made -- go to File/Save. The ESP is now in 64bit and ready to work in SSE. Highlight the duplicate file (ie. xxxDUPLICATE001) file and right-click/delete; don't need it anymore. Save again. Close CK. At this point the mod has been ported. Launch SSE and see if the mod works -- it should. To recreate a new SSE PORTED archive, go to the new folder -- named PERKS-UI-SSEPORT mentioned earlier -- the one with the copies of the original 32Bit ESP and the files that were in the BSA file. Unarchive it. Go to your SSE Data folder (Skyrim Special Edition/Data) and find the ESP file of that mod, copy it, go back to the PERKS-UI-SSEPORT folder, paste the copied ESP it into the new folder, and say yes to replace. You just copied the 64bit version of the ESP and replaced the 32bit ESP. Select the files again and rearchive. Done. There's probably a slightly simpler way, a couple of less steps but this is how I do it and it seems to work. Good luck, I hope I was thorough enough. There are many videos on YouTube that are helpful in learning to port. If it's just too much, hit me up and I'll port it for you, but you can only use it for personal use unless I get the original creator's blessing to post it on Nexus. Edited March 23, 2018 by justinglen75
