Texture Issues with Official Texture pack

I decided to install the Official Texture Pack for Skyrim today, but now all the guards and priests in Whiterun have messed up armour/clothing textures.

I also have Xenius Character Enhancement applied, but I did what he posted for compatibility with the Texture packs. The textures also go back to normal once I de-activate the Official Texture Pack's esps. Coud it occur because I activated my texture mods through the Nexus Mod Manager after I installed the Texture packs? Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

Edit: Okay... it actually seems like using Steam's "Cache Verification" thing fixed the issue. Well, I really should have tried all option before making a thread.
