LE Debugging 3rd Party Program

There are a lot of talented people here within these forums and I am hoping I can reach out to a few of them. A lot of people get crashes due to conflicting mods, memory issues, video card issues and so on. I was hoping to see if someone or maybe even a team or group of people could create a 3rd party program that will monitor skyrim and observe all the actions it performs as the player plays. The program would need to take note of any "abnormalities" and the last lines of script before a crash in order to attempt to determine what caused the crash and then create a .txt log file to be able to review anything that went wrong while playing Skyrim. The program will need to start monitoring Skyrim the moment you execute the Skyrim client because sometimes, for some users, the client will crash before getting to the menu screen or even the opening video. This will also help the communities be able to give better responses to people with problems just by posting what the log file generates. This can also improve beta testing for mods, addons, patches, and any other type of DLC.

 

I think this would be a lot to ask for the community - it goes beyond using nifscope, the creation kit or a 3d simulation program. It will take someone or a team of people with knowledge on how to script and create programs and be able to know how Skyrim works. I will be also asking this question on the official Bethesda forums because I would imagine nobody knows how Skyrim works better than the developers that originally created it. If someone can come forward with a program like this though, it would be more than appreciated and I would be willing to donate to someone who could put forth such an effort. Some crashes I just cannot determine how they happen, what causes them and how I can fix it and it leaves some parts of Skyrim unplayable therefore ruining quests and therefore ruining the game itself.

 

If such a program exists, please let me know because I'm not knowledgeable of these things. I've never modded in my life nor attempted to use the creation kit so I'm not sure of the capabilites of the programs that are already out there. I know that there is a save scanner (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=15054) and a Skyrim optimizer (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=13529) created by the same guy but they don't tell me what causes crashes.
