Have to reactivate ESPs in NMM (Nexus Mod Manager) everytime I restart

Hi!

 

I installed NMM, downloaded some mods, activated them (about 12), and some dont show up ingame, specifically:

 

Back Shield

Auto Unequip Helmet

 

Another one, "Skyrim Barbers", seems to work (just found one in Solitude)

 

Also, I every time i restart NMM, I have to re-activate the ESPs.

 

Any ideas why this happens?
