NMM loaded mods not working.

Ok. I recently updated my NMM to 16.4, none of the mods are working now in skyrim. I even tried downloading new ones. That didn't work either. For example I try and load CBBE v3 and it wont work. Btter females for some reason does though... But it's the only one so far. And I have like 40 mods. I deactivated all of them and tryed just one or two at a time but that didn't help either. This was working fine before I updated. What did I do wrong?

The "Data files" option is not greyed out and it's patch 1.5.26.0.5

This a simple case of steam screwing up Skyrim due to unneeded patching.. with the new patch a system was setup for mod loading order. If the mods loaded are at odds with the load list like using BOSS to reconfigure your load order instead of the data file one, Skyrim throws a fit and unloads some mods including.... skyrim.esm and update.esm. You know the actual game. So what i do is open BOSS and have it change the order. then open the data files option in skyrim and wait for workshop to sync your mods to the order it wants. recheck any mods that it unloaded and reorder the mods in the data files option to fit the BOSS order. If anyone knows a better way or how to turn the ordering feature of skyrim off please tell because i hate taking half an hour reordering crap when i have BOSS to do that crap for me.

I have no clue how to use BOSS. Where is it in the mod manager?

Ok, this is where I'm at right now. I have them activated but they are not working in game. Brand new install of NMM and Skyrim, I got rid of all my old mods and made sure these were the latest versions. Nothing is working. I read alll the comments for these mods and no one else seems to be having this problem. Edited by winvonpwnenstine
