Drop Item and Rotate Lock keyboard commands not working

I'm new to using mods. Installed a few, and they seem to be working great. Everything is running smoothly with the exception of the "Drop Item" keyboard command in the items menu, and the "Rotate Lock" command in the lockpick screen. The mods I am using are:

I have installed the update 8 patch, and have tried not using SkyUI. Still no luck.
