Instant game crash after startup

Hey guys, just wondered if anyone could help me with a problem at fallout 3?

When I launch the game it comes to the power armor helmet dude in the startup before the "Load - Settings" and so on main page comes up. It crashes and takes like a minute to close it with Task Manager. When I launch the game without mods it works fine though, and I may have made a silly mistake by installing mods via Nexus Mod Manager before I eventually update the game to the 1.7(or whatever) patch. It actually worked once with only some of the mods enabled, but crashed after 5 minutes.

 

Any solutions?

This is often caused by a mod with a missing master. Make sure you have the pre-requisites for all your mods... Or try enabling them one at a time.
