billypnats
After installing OBSE 0.015, none of my saves would work, they crash when loading with a "memory can't be read error" Im pretty sure its not a load order problem, as I checked it with TES4View, Wrye Bash But you can never be sure so im gonna give you a history of my mod updates for that day 1. Installed 2G of Ram 2. Tona simple dress armor3. Obse 0.015 (the stable version of course)
Varus Torvyn
When I went to install OBSE 0015, I found the unzip didn't place the files the way they were supposed to. They were all unzipped into a folder called "0015". So I dug into the Readme, and here's what I found (worked, too). Out of OBMM, Wrye Bash, & FCOM Helper, OBSE is a pain to install since the unzip doesn't place the files right. btw, I had to create the folder \Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins for OBSE mods myself. OBSE doesn't do that, either. [ Installation ] 1. Copy obse_1_1.dll, obse_1_2.dll, obse_1_2_416.dll, obse_editor_1_0.dll, obse_editor_1_2.dll, and obse_loader.exe to your Oblivion directory. This is usually in your Program Files folder, and should contain files called "Oblivion.exe" and "OblivionLauncher.exe".2. Run oblivion by running obse_loader.exe from the Oblivion directory. If you use a desktop shortcut to launch Oblivion normally, just update the shortcut to point to obse_loader.exe instead of oblivion.exe.
