Skybroom
Please, help! CK doesn't see WAV file I made with Audacity for voicing an NPC. The lip generate button is unavailable (inactive). I can record with CK itself and thus it automatically generate lip-file when I hit Save, but the file is blank. May I ask you to have a look at this WAV file? It's mono, 44100, 16 bit. Why doesn't CK want to make a lip from this? https://yadi.sk/d/K6RX2gek3TU3mB
Tasheni
The button for generating lip files in the dialogue window is useless, it works sometimes but mostly not. Just record your whole dialogue with Audacity and record for each file an empty wav file with the ck. Replace your filename from Audacity with the filename that ck generates for your empty wav files. All your renamed files need to be in the right folder: Sound/Voice/YourEsp/YourCharacter. Delete all the lipfiles from this folder. In ck click in the menu Gameplay - Recreate facial animations and click yes. CK will now go through all dialogue in game and create the missing lipfiles analyzing the wav. That should work. If you get problems, there's a way through Steam to recreate lipfiles, but I never used this option and can't tell you how it works.
Deleted38846565User
Another alternative way is recording a blank line in the ck. Look for the "Temp.wav" file in data<sound<voice< and replace it with your dialogue line you made in Audacity. then you can generate the .lip file. and save the line and it should use your line.
