Where can I find the modded clothes?

I installed an armor mod or actually it's a clothing mod.

 

I used the nexus and it says: Succesfully installed.

 

But i cannot find the outfit anywhere...The description of the mod says i have to copy it into the data files but i thought the manager does this anyway.

I don't understand that. I was at the merchant in riverwood he hadnt had the clothes i was looking for.

 

or wait. do i have to travel to this qasmoke thingy?
