Some Small Tweaks to Command Animal Ability?

Hi friends. As I said in topic title, I want to make some small changes to Bosmer racial power; Command Animal. Let me tell you what I want to do with this:

 

1- First, I want to make animals follower when we use Command Animal, this is the real problem for me.

2- Animalls follows you permanently until their deaths, not a problem, typing 999 day will solve this.

 

Now, can someone explain me how I make this animal follower thing with CK? Give me just a tip so I can do this. Thanks in advance.
