Transparency issue when loading new cells

Hey everyone! I've run into an issue recently where the biggest bug I have in my New Vegas is an issue where sometimes things will become transparent when loading a new cell. It most commonly happens when passing through a door, whether from inside to inside, outside to inside, or inside to outside. The indoor transparency typically leaves most of the walls and floors transparent, whereas the outdoor transparency is typically the terrain goes transparent but leaves behind the foliage and rocks. If I continue to walk around the cell doesn't load back in and I eventually crash with "FNV has stopped working." I havent been able to capture a screenshot of an outdoor example, and I haven't been able to recognize a pattern of this happening (it just happens at random so I'm having a hard time tracking down the issue) but I am attaching an example of the indoor issue. Thanks for any help!
