How do I prevent armor enchantment stacking?

I was wondering, how do I prevent armor enchantment stacking? Being able to have spell cost reduction stack on every piece of armor basically means I can stack them to reach 100% but this ruins my experiences while playing. Is it possible to have only the strongest enchantment active instead of stacking enchantments?

 

Edit: Also, how do I add a cap to how strong an enchantment can reach?
