LE Feather Armour request

I've been looking for a armour set that is craftable, and relies on hawk (for one set) and hagraven (for another set) feathers. With the addition of different gemstones this gear could come in different colours (simple recolours). This would take some hard reworking or something. But can someone make something like this? Leather armour covered completly in feathers.
