Help with Dragon Priest mesh

So,

 

This mesh is basically a mashup of the dragon priest body and female draugr head. Nothing else is changed.

 

I did the standard procedure, export into .obj in Nifskope, edited the mesh in Blender, removed the old head, placed new head, joined objects, adjusted UV map alignment for both object textures to fit (mostly) with the old dragon priest UV map, made an appropriate diffuse texture for it in GIMP and imported it into the old dragon priest .nif file via Nifskope.

 

The mesh looks absolutely fine both in Blender and Nifskope, but for some reason, it is f***** up in Skyrim. I'm linking the files below.

Please, if someone could take a look and tell me what is wrong with it (and how to fix it). My suspicion is the bones(?) or skeleton(???) are not attached(?????) to the mesh (should they even be attached???????), but I have no idea how to fix it. My knowledge in this type of work is limited, but I'm learning as I go.
