Render issues?

Whether it be vanilla or modded, cities won't render right. The floor and doors still work, it just looks really odd. I've had this issue since Jan of 2018.

I use NMM, I've had Skyrim since August last year, All DLCs, My Skyrim path is the default and both Skyrim and SkSe are up to date.

Some things I've tried: Redownloading, Changing render distance, tried playing in vanilla

Seems strange that you dont have the HDTexture packs. Did you uninstall them? Maybe, if so, some textures went missing.

i never downloaded the HD texture pack. I think I just have a small collection of texture packs. I tend to not uninstall any texture packs I do download in fear of them missing.

I found a temp way to fix it.. Save the game in 3rd person and restart the game. That removes the issue until I travel back again.
