I need help picking mods

hey, ive had oblivion for awhile now, and Ive been using mods and all, but it seems with my characters when i make a good character in the character creator thing and click finish, i press tab my character looks all ugly and craped up lol, so i dont know if im using the wrong mods or what but it would be realy great if someone could help me pick all the mods im gonna use :) you can post it here or ask me for my msn or xfire or steam or whatever ^_^

Instead of fighting the character creation nightmare, have you considered just using one of the many save games that have been uploaded:

Some have requirements and some don't, read the descriptions carefully.

Try the mystic elf race mod, I believe you can create better looking characters that way

Also try and make your faces with Facegen which you can download HERE

 

Then import them into you savegame with Focon which you can download from HERE

 

 

Remember to make a backup of your savegame. Also Facegen isn't free but recently (I think) SI released a "free" version. With this version you can't export your faces but you can save them in .fg file format.

 

I am using my own facegen (with certain tweaks on a custom race) and I think it looks quite good.
