Roaring sound during notifications

Hi fellow players-- I have an interesting situation that I can't find any answers for. I started using BOSS last week, and I made a clean save when I did. Went into Breezehome, saved, turned off all mods, and saved again. Trouble is, and I don't know if BOSS is causing this in the reorder, any time I receive a notification in the upper left corner ( ie book added, axe of Whiterun added, etc) the notification is accompanied by a drgaon roaring. I am using Total Realism- basic needs so it is really annoying to be told 1/3 bottle added/you are no longer thirsy etc every few seconds. Here is my mod list and order off BOSS:
