Fallout New Vegas ENB Uninstall crash

To start this off, I am not at all well acquainted with modding, mods or installing mods lol. I recently started playing New Vegas on PC after years of console gaming. I watched a video of how to install an ENB (more specifically the Rudy ENB)

and I couldn't get it to work so I was like whatever that's fine I'll just delete all the files from that ENB. I deleted what I thought was all of the files for it but now whenever I try to launch the game I get a notification that says "FalloutNV has stopped working". I have no idea in the slightest of what to do. Any help would be appreciated and if you could try to be as specific as possible with a solution I would be very grateful because like I said I have no idea about more complicated mods and especially ENBs.

Please see the 'Game INI files' and 'Restoring to "Vanilla"' entries in the 'First Timer Advice' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. Those sections go step by step.

Be sure you removed the ENB provided "D3D9.DLL" file from the game root folder (where "FalloutNV.EXE' is found). Much depends upon what method you used to install ENB ("wrapper" or "injector"). You need to review those instructions and reverse them.

If that doesn't work, your best bet is to uninstall FNV, delete anything remaining in the game root folder, and re-install BUT NOT TO the default "C:\Program Files(x86)" folder tree. Read that entire wiki article first.

Alternatively, most problems with ENB are due to a faulty install. If you would rather try that again, please see the 'Solutions to Post-Processor (ENB/SweetFX et. al.) problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.
