Vampirism not taking sun damage

Hello all, I am having a bit of an issue.

 

I am playing a vampire, and my character can go in and out of the sun as much as she pleases without any repercussions.

I have highlighted the mods that mess with vampirism thinking that was the issue. I have already tried disabling each of those, and running with both, neither, and each one at a time, and yet the problem persist.

 

If anyone knows how to resolve this issue, I would be ever in your debt, thanks!

In Skyrim, Vampires do not take sun damage. The only thing sunlight does is stop health regeneration and reduces some stats. If you mean the latter, then nevermind.

Been so long since I've played vanilla Skyrim that I forgot that, I used Better Vampires on my old computer as well. However I have no effects at all in the sunlight, to my stamina and health regenerate as a non-vampire when exposed to direct sunlight.

 

I have tried going through the Better Vampire mod options and trying different configurations, as well as turning the mod off, and the problem persist; i.e. I can walk around in direct sunlight with, and without the mod with no penalty whatsoever, be it damage, or lack or stamina regeneration.
