Custom Ear MESH Not Working

I am trying to port the Ears from the Oblivion Kitsune(Fox-Girl) Mod into skyrim as an Extra Head Part(The same area mouths occupy) but for some reason it just wont work. Can anyone give me a tutorial or advice on how to go about this? I'm trying to recreate the race for my Skyrim(I'm also trying to do Fox Tails with Animations but that's after the ears. I tried replacing the ears but i find they are attached to the head(unlike in Oblivion) so i will need to modify my Head mesh to make the ears look right. To Be Clear, I Want to take the Basic Nord Race, Change the Ears to (pretty much) an Orange Retex of the Kajhiit Ears(With Animations, and movements) Any way i can.

It wont work, two different games, oblivion does not port well to skyrim. Try something else, maybe download another race, and hack it open with the creation kit to figure out why it isnt working. If you end up using resources from that mod, make sure you have the mod authors permission to use them. Either way you can always download a mod and figure out why it isnt working.

 

If you get it to work congratulations, but posting your link constantly isnt gonna get you anywhere except a bad reputation.
