Bashed Patch question

So, I wanted to make sure all of my creature item drop mods are working together in the leveled lists and I was reading that I need a bashed patch to do this. In addition, do I need to add lootification's loot to the bashed patch as well? Also, do I add the lootification.esm and the Lli.esp?

 

I'm not sure exactly how to tell if mods already add stuff to the leveled lists? I'm not exactly sure how this works, honestly.

 

Mods I want to merge loot leveled lists on

-Immersive Creatures (Not sure if this one is necessary)

-Better Harvesting (Definitely want to make sure this is playing nice with lootification and Immersive Armors)

-Immersive Armors (Adds some drops to creatures)

-Lost Grimoire (Seems to be working right)

-Lootification
