Change Super Mutant Leveled items (weapons)

Hey guys,

 

So ive been pretty unimpressed that Super Mutants at high levels (lvl 150) still spawn with pipe guns....

 

Do you know how to modify their inventories and put better weapons on Super Mutants?

I can use FO4Edit, but im going to need some guidance, if anyone can help?
