CBBE 3v bad neck texture

Hello i'm needing help with this mod and I will try to describe as best I can.

 

When the newest version of CBBE came out (Version 3) I downloaded and installed onto Skyrim it was working fine for quite some time. Until recently I installed some mods and out of nowhere the texture from the neck did not correspond with the rest of the body texture. I am using Bella female face and before I did not have this problem, now, I know that there is texblend but I dont see why I have to use it if it was once working correctly without the seam and bad texture. I uninstalled skyrim and only installed both these mods (bella's and cbbe) well of course things always have to go wrong if they can, and that did not work the neck and face texture was wrong. Here is an image of how it looks, note this is just an image found on the cbbe mod: http://static.skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/images/2666-1-1327545167.jpg. Mine looks like the one that says "bella no seam fix".

 

I am sorry if this post is too long but I have been struggling to get this problem fixed and I wont use texblend since there has to be another way.
