CTD on reaching main menu

Hey guys I got this problem once i modded my skyrim on this PC. I'm not new to modding by any means and i cant find what I've done wrong here. I've checked for missing masters and loot has found none. I've attached my load order to see if any of you wizards can find what's wrong.
