Deleting mods in the middle of a game is a definite mistake, it has the very real chance of breaking your game; as it has very probably done to your game.

You are probably going to have to start a new game.

But the mods that i uninstalled doesn't have anything to do with CCO (for example).

Would delete the MCM files and reinstalling it work?

Nope, I would say your game is borked.

When you have scripted mods, as some of those you deleted probably were, the scripts are baked into your saves. Even after you delete those mods some of the script remains in your saves. You can try a save script remover, there are a few out there, but frankly I doubt it will help you, especially with you removing XP32.

I am assuming you also uninstalled Realistic Ragdolls and Force when you uninstalled XP32. Are you sure that was XPMSE and not XP32?
