I'm looking to replace every shout word sound effect with Michael Jackson's "Hee-hee!", globally. There's a lot to go through (somewhere in the ballpark of 75,000 files.), and I can make everything into a usable WAV file using Unfuzer and Audacity, and I think I can replace whatever I want at this point, but I don't know what to put where. I want everything changed. Dragons, Dragonborn of both genders, the works. Is there a way to replace everything at once, or does anyone have a list of what's what? I hope to expand to PS4 and Xbox, Xbox as a priority, because I'm making this based on a joke my friend and I came up with, and her copy is on Xbox. Right now though, I'd settle with a working mod. I have access to Special Edition (PC), and possibly original for PC, but I'd have to download it. I'm not sure if said Xbox copy in question is SE or not, but I can get that info.
