Pip-Boy Crashes FNV

A majority of the time my Fallout New Vegas will freeze upon opening the pip-boy which prompts a crash. I've tried everything from reinstalling the game, reinstalling the mods, everything. At first I manually rearranged the mods in nexus (didn't help even in the correct order), then used LOOT to no avail. I've noticed that being around hostile npc's triggers said crash, whereas in interiors it doesn't happen at all. I have 73 Mods in total, here is the load order:

Please see the wiki "HUD-UI-Menu issues" article. You are using both the "Readius_NV.esp" and "DarNifiedUINV.esp".

 

You really need to use a "Merge Patch File" with that collection of mods. Please see the 'Third Rule: The Rule of One' and 'Merge Patch File' sections of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

 

I see a "FalloutNV_lang.esp" file (even though it is not active). That makes me wonder if you have a "regional" (non-English) version of the game. Just an FYI: that is information to include when reporting problems, as it might make a difference in some circumstances (not this one though).

The issue happens regardless of Readius being present after a complete uninstallation both on the game itself and NMM. I tried meeting the collection packs such as armor, weapons, and etc made by the same mod creator. And manually I tried sorting the UI mods in the correct order but the only one I could find on the plugins list (not the mods list) was DARN. Activating the language patch did nothing as expected, although in Wyre Flash it said that all the downloadable content needed to be "cleaned" to be compatible with TES4.
