A few questions with popular mods

I've recently got my hands on the GOTY edition, and I decided to get downloading and using mods, the first ones I have downloaded are animation mods and reskin of races mods however I have some questions.

I have downloaded HG eyecandy mod in an attempt to make my character look more attractive however the only thing I've noticed is that I can now make my character naked and thats it, so my question is does the mod do anything else? I was hoping to be able to change the shape of my characters body to the way I like it.

Another question I have downloaded the cute elves race and I can't seem to get out of the jail as the other guy down their doesn't engage me in conversation so do I hvae to wait? or do i progress another way?

Well I dont know about the cute elves mod but as for EyeCandy, there is an OMOD version, that version enables you to modify the female body shape while installing...

First, each body mod has its own pre set shape. There are some add on mods that allow a different bust size, but again that will be used by not only your character, but every female in the game. Many of the pics of the bodies you see are photoshopped to make them look better. Most have add on texture mods that can change the skin tone and other characteristics of the body. For faces, you will need a cosmetic mod to make them look better.
