Group Chat

Well, I was thinking of an idea to add chat groups where certain people that work for a project or are just good Skyrim buddies can chat in private, everyone can start one and then invite people he would like to have in his group, for example:

someone starts a project and people join him, but they can't discuss very well because after they post their respond, comment or idea, they have to wait until someone sees it. it would be a lot easier if you can just directly talk to them or your friends. I don't know if this already exist but I havn't able to find it yet (I'm not that handy with site forums)
