LE Shout sound cue

Hi, I was surprised there's no mod that plays a sound when you're ready to shout again.

 

I'm aware there's one who displays message notification (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/70135)

But as I'm playing without hud a sound cue when shouting is available would be really neat if someone kind enough would like to make it happen.
