Fallout 4 Workshop Glitch, Maybe with mods.

Ok I have had fallout 4 for a bit and in the workshop there is no power, or the mods that I installed with Nexusmods. here are the pictures.

There is also nothing in my special and I also cant connect the stuff for the transmitter.

I'd highly recommend you use the Universal Missing Menus Fixer to fix missing Workshop tabs. There's also another mod that purports to fix this issue,

but I've not used it myself so can't vouch for whether it actually works as intended - Workshop Menu Missing Tabs Fix

I'd also advise you do some research regarding this issue to understand the when, how and why it happens, and how to mitigate it from happening again in the future.
