Learned combat, to make like turn based and tactics, other resolved Setup:

1. Install Ravage: better enemies/more, and drops. Set normal/hard.

 

2. Take out advanced tactics if you installed it, work with normal tactics. Set tactic, even for yourself. Make Morrigan a spirit healer as her second spec.

 

3. Install spellshaper ''no friendly fire *means your mages can actually use there abilities. Such as ''tempest'' as what I call a basic field effect.

 

''Storm of the century'' is another good spell from a mod ''spell pack'' here on nexus, that and ''haze'' mod pack line'', for field effects.

 

4. Install level to 50, going to need this to play hard/nightmare later. Get triple xp mod need to make gaining this possible. You'll need the level 99 one for awakenings I think, to keep leveling there. Both on nexus.

 

5. Set to pause at start of combat, have mage cast aoe effect.

 

on pause manually set up first actions of each character by initiating them. ''not speaking of tactics.

 

you can let it then play out or make pause adjustments if needed, if you have it unlocked make Morrigan a spirit healer from the get go, with the xp mod she'll have it right off the bat. ''lower levels are quicker''.

 

Previously treating it as a 5 man warcraft style dungeon battle ''set up is reminiscent and makes you think of that (cute mini-map) when you should think rpg'' and ignoring these things is un pragmatic.

 

You may find with your team executing these moves in sync on certain enemies, they just drop dead or simply explode!

 

Its fun to play around with.

 

There are many gear/store mods, but always go middle of the line and never over the top cheating as you will quickly tire of it and need to start over. I suggest for Ravage hard, Shady elf normal mod/OP shady elf for nightmare.

 

Another option is download : Cosland items for pretty effective challenge mode gear.

 

This is just what I did I am no expert btw ''yet'' but find it fun this way, and less pointless combat/fun wise.
