bben46 Posted July 9, 2008 Share Posted July 9, 2008 If you can find the original documentation for your system - look to see if they have a ~ key. usually called tilde key. Some non English keyboards replace the ~ key with a different one. If you are playing the English version of Oblivion with a non English keyboard that could be a problem. And as for looking in the Oblivion INI file and changing that number thing it was already set to 1.I guess i'll have to go without or perhaps get a PC of my own.
