Accidently Disable Something

First of all , Sorry For My Bad English :( , But I Really Need Help !

It's About 2 Month Ago , I killed a Dragon But I Just Couldn't Absorb Its Soul , So I Tried To Disable the Dragon's Body

But Somehow When I typed disable , the body's Not disabled , and the strange thing happened:

Some Shader or Shadows of the dragon is missing , Something Revolved on the dragon's skin.

And I was stupid that time , I Saved and Leave the game... :wallbash:

I lately Reinstall (Clear removed) My Windows 7 x86 And Upgrade to Windows 7 x64

And Skyrim , I install a Whole new Skyrim without any mods

But the strange thing happens

When Loading and the Background image is the icon which is same but smaller than the main menu (I think it maybe a Imperial symbol)

The Whole Imperial symbol is looking weir ; And When roaming in the Skyrim , It just feel not right about the colors and shaders

I Have a screenshot , I will post it later Cause I'm in the office right now.

In One words , I Accidently Disabled something But I Already missed the RefID

Please Help  ..

That purple texture is what happens when it fails to render, I used to see that before the LAA flag in the patch (forgot which one), only on dragons and trees around Dawnstar, always in heavy snow while a dragon attack. In my case it was from overloading useable ram. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful to you.

EDIT: If you disabled something with console commands, going to a previous save or new game will fix that, and that shouldn't cause the purple texture on start menu before loading a save anyway. Disabling something in game should only remove it entirely from game world.
