problem with 3dmax

So im editing an animation, its a power attack mod but the animations are offkey with the first person animations. So i'm using 3dmax to scale it to the right time, problem is that animations aren't going the way its supposed to go, I know its vague so im gonna tell you everything.

 

one of the animations goes forward, but problem is, when I open it with 3dmax, everything goes to the right. So instead of my PC charging forward, my PC shifts the the right.

 

anyhelp?

You might need to reconstruct the entire animation from scratch. Delete all the keyframes and rebuild it. That's what I had to do to fix a missing leg issue with mine. Whatever direction your character is facing when the skeleton is first loaded is forward.
