Scenes wont play audio and freeze

I am having issue with scenes, I record audio then change it with a new audio file copy to a xwm make a lip file after the fact and I still cant get the game to play the audio. I tested it with normal dialogue and when I do a scene it just freezes the scene in a a infinite loop because it doesn't play the file I guess

And I have done the scene tutorial like 3 times before with success AFTER converting wav-xwm or w/e now I am trying custome scenes that just freeze or dont play at all.
